Notification.

Well I was wondering if something like YouTube's notifications' could be added or at least suggested as I am doing now.

So everyone know's how on youtube, you can do @(name here), and it would be sent to there inbox, as a notification? Well I was wondering if sythe could have something like that, or at least have it to where, it would notify you if someone posted on your thread.(Some people make topics, and don't bother finding/checking it).

Example: @Sythe - Amazing work, for what your doing with the site, it's going to be the biggest, no doubt about it; keep up the good work.

So as indicated as above, there's the "@(name here)" again, and what that should do, is notify that someone has either:

1). Said something to you or about you(This would also help a lot of people, if they want feedback on many of things)

2.) Also this could help staff, for us the community to tell them what there doing good, or what needs improvement.

3.) Would help those, who don't keep track of there threads/post that often.

4.) Just would make a lot of things simpler, although, this could cause a lot of spam.

5.) Possibly could make it to were staff could have an option such as "Hidden mode" for donators, so that way they could have it on or off.

Feedback would be nice, and appreciative.

 

This has been suggested before, I don't think its possible with the current version of vB we have.

ya thats some like fb or ******* shit, idk if it can be done on a forum. But it might be good, also i can see it getting annoying at times for mods. So idk my standings yet on this if i support or not.
