Is there anybody who can upgrade online atm? I kinda need an upgrade as soon as possible and the live chat is offline on your website.

 

18h ours and still no member......

 

12 hours since i payed and no upgrade yet...hope i will get it soon...

16 hours half and still no upgrade!This is meant to be a fast delivery?!

 

If you purchased an upgrade within the past ~20 hours, the upgrader has left due to sickness. He will be back in a few days, but please contact the person who you gave the gold to for a refund.

We're sorry, but our worker's health is more important at the moment.

Guys, please act mature. We try our best to deliver upgrades as soon as possible. We have a high volume of sales, and the upgrader did not ask to get the flu. He continued working on upgrades until he did not feel well enough to do them anymore.

Please have some respect. We're offering upgrades for a price much cheaper than everyone else as an introductory rate, and if there's no possible way for us to do it, please just accept a refund.

 

So i left a message on the site.I payed yesterday 8 mil to Dave for the upgrade.When i'm supposed to receive the refund?

 

Unfortunately, refunds can only be handled by the person who you ordered it through. If you don't see Dave on by tomorrow go ahead and directly contact me for a refund.

 

Is there a reason why only one person out of your entire staff can do upgrades? Condolonces to whoever got the flu, but its frustrating that when one guy gets sick the entire operation just shuts down... Especially considering you guys were taking orders throughout the day yesterday he surely didn't just instantly get sick overnight.

 

Dave is on gold delivery cuz i see that the only person online on the site is on gold delivery department?

We only have one person because it works best and our upgrade services aren't meant to be 24/7. We have more people in the gold department (or will in a bit) because we want to keep that the main section of our website.

He was getting sick earlier, but was well enough to do upgrades. Right now his health has degraded so we will be back later this week, hopefully.
