What Would You Do If Your Home Was Being Broken Into?

Peronsally I would sit in my room behind the door, waiting for one to walk by. I have a machete, a S&W pocket knife, and a Gerber. Plus a set of Hibben throwing knives and a pair of nunchucks. I would personally crack them with the machete in the back and then it would make my day to crack a burglar in the head with a pair of nunchucks.
Edit: Also have a Crossman P10 bb gun which shoots steel bb's at 480 feet per second and a Crossman Phantom .177 pellet rifle that shoots hollow point pellets at 1,200 feet per second

i have a question... do you not own any real guns?? because i am 15 and where i live (washington state, USA) most kids around my age own there own gun, personally i have a 30.30 and a 20 gauge shotgun.. i think that would stop a burglar lol..

 

Probably do the same as you, except I'd also call for police. Especially if I didn't know how many burglars there were or what their weaponry was.

I wouldn't kill them. I doubt anyone here would have the courage to kill someone either. Although you may have some deadly weapon at your disposal, when it comes to the actual situation, most won't be able to kill. I know I probably couldn't unless I was in very immediate danger.

I would probably be very quiet and find a blunt object, when I got the opportunity I would incapacitate the attacker. Then I would restrain him, and call the cops.

 

AS for your comment of stabing him in the back with a machete, you Do know if someone is robbing you eTC and you shoot them in the back as there Running away, YOU GO TO JAIL?


I personal Have Had My house Rob/Shot up. When i lived with my Father He Beat a Man up, and the guy and his brother came back at the Wee hours of the night, and shot our house up.


I Had a Few people come and try and steal some of my Tractor parts at the Wee hours aswell, but my dogs barked like mad, and a few .12Guage Shots In the General area Sends Crooks running.
So Yes if someone broke into my house, and din't get the jump on me i would Defend my home.

 

I would knock the shit out of them with my bat. I have 2 outside dogs, 3 inside dogs and a metal fence, so I'm all good.

If you hurt a someone breaking in/they hurt themselves they can sue...

I'd call the cops.

 

I'd beat the shit out of them with whatever was available.

If the cops questioned, I'd claim it was self-defense.

 

well ive been training in MMA for 5 months now, so i would sit behind a door till they pass by adn explode on em with elbows and knees..and maybe call teh cops after they bled out a lil bit.

 

Ring the police, pick up something heavy and smash the prick round the back of the head with it, then inflict horrendous injuries on him with my leatherman.

 

I would initially freak the fuck out, and by that point if I haven't been attacked or raped I would proceed to find an object closest to me that has any weight behind it and deal to the kid.

 

I'll get on his back and ride him like a donkey.

OT: I would freak out and would not be able to find anything to inflict damage but I would use my fist and give him a blow to the jaw. I've never been in a situation like this so I don't how I'll react for sure.

Dont' give a shit what they have. Will do whatever I can to kick their ass and knock them out cold and get them off the streets. Maybe have a little punching bag session for a bit. This is my house fool. I actually have been thinking of this today since I just got a new door in my house...lol just waiting when the time comes.

 

Id use what ever was Available at the time But i think some Red hot ashes from My Fireplace would Certainly make them Run Away. Nah Just beat them tell they get out

 

I'd release my dogs if I could get to them, keep my Jack Russell in my room because that couldn't harm anything..
If it was 1 person I'd probably kill them and bury them in the back garden, I have no motive or anything and nobody knows where the burglar is, so nobody would find him/her.

 

I would run and grab the chain saw.....and chase them then call the police.

 

I'd grab my 9mm or .357 and tell them to get the fuck out. If they try to make a move on me, then i'd shoot them in the leg. I have hollow point bullets, so they'd probably be finished after that. If they're stupid enough to pull a gun on me, then I won't hesitate to unload a clip into them.

 

I have a rope handy for that kind of thing. I'm, probably, a match for most adults, and then my brother would simply jump on his back after retrieving a knife and put it to his throat.

We would then tie him up, if he conceded, and phone the police. If not, we'd carry out our threat, and chop off his toes... and nom them. mmmm.
