I'm currently looking to buy up to 7 upgrades for 9M each, 10M if you can sell me all 7. Price is firm and I'm not looking to spend more than that so please don't message if you're looking for more GP than I mentioned.

I'd prefer to buy at least 3 at a time but selling one or two is fine as well as I know not everyone has that many in stock. We'll most likely be using a MM as I'm not willing to go first unless you have an absurd number of vouches or are highly trusted, and I'm pretty sure you won't want to go first either.
