Remove 'Rate Account' Thread

The whole point of the Runescape Pictures & Videos Forum is for pictures of accounts, banks, etc.
By creating a thread just for bank accounts and for accounts why even bother with a forum?

This thread is not active, so there was obviously not a lot of people posting "Rate my account" threads that much. Even so, that's THE POINT of the pictures forum. There is a such thing as organizing TOO much. What's next? A thread just for pictures and a thread just for videos? It kinda just ruins the whole forum if you keep making threads for certain things when the forum itself is FINE the way it is.

Not an active thread, so why bother making one when the forum itself can sustain the number of threads pertaining to bot proggys?

 

It's there mainly to stop the whining noobs creating dozens of threads "Rate my account!!!@!@L!#!@!"

I support a working alternative though.

 

It could definitely be revamped a bit, but don't remove it. The thread (like yaroow basically pointed out) was created to combat spamming.
