Need help with girl

Okay I got feelings for this one girl and I need help. I have liked her since 4th grade and know here since 4th grade. She rides my bus almost everyday. I've asked her out once and that was in 6th grade (which was last year). She said maybe one day. But that was last year in October. We still talk and everything but she hasn't told me yet. Then she goes out with this one guy I hate. Hes a bully and cusses me out and sometimes hits me. I do not respond to this because if I lose the fight its probably a complete disaster. Someone give me some answers or tips. I don't know what to do.
(BTW I'm 12 almost 13 and going to 7th grade).

Use your brain and wits, something bully's tend not to have.

Tell her you like her, ask her to out and do something, use your confidence, i remember when i was 13 i took a girl to the restaurant before she knew me well at all, she was so impressed with my confidence that im still with her today, and that was 6 years ago pal.

I'd suggest just asking her out, if you like her this much. Nothing should be able to stop you, not even this Bully. Because, for most part bully's are people who usually have a low self esteem, and would just pick on anyone to make them selves, feel good. If your too scared to stand up to him, i'd suggest telling a friend to do it; however if they won't, your last resort would be to tell a grownup(only if you can be handled being called a Tattle Teller). Otherwise he will continue to bully you over, and over, and over again, and I can assure you, he will never get tired/old of it. Or... if you have the money...... Bring him to "Bully Beat Down". <---- Sweet option but expensive.

 

If she's still going out with that guy you hate, then you should probably just wait till that sizzles out cause he sounds like a major dbag. If you're smarter than him, do something to make him look stupid. If you really like the girl, tell her how you feel about her and the dbag and maybe she'll have a change of herat.
If he hits you, you should tell your parents instead of doing something cause you're still kind of young (im only 15 though).

Hey man, this is the story of my life.
I was never the cool kid in grade 7(as it is the youngest grade in high school) however, now I am a very popular kid(17years of age) with a fulltime job, stunningly beautiful girlfriend and a solid number of loyal mates.
How did I get there? Confidence.
Girls feed of confidence, man. Trust me on this.
Have no doubts in your feelings and actions and you'll achieve your goals in life.
As for the bully, don't be intimidated by size and don't work out.
You're 13 years old(so, I assume your bully is the same?), you're body is still developing; working out will just do more harm then good.
Just don't show the bully that you are scared, but don't try and send off the "come at me" impression.
At the end of the day, the "keepers" won't be all for the boys who win all the fights, etc.
They'll want what you want; a genuine, loving partner.
Be the underdog, man!

To be honest bud, I wouldn't bother with the girl at your age. It's likely it won't last long anyway. As for the bully, I suggest taking martial arts (I know yes it takes years to master but you are very young and you're not going to bulk up and kick his ass out of nowhere). It teaches discipline and you get to know some very useful tricks. Depending on what martial arts you take you can either kick his ass without the need for strength or you can humiliate him (get him in an arm lock and make him kiss your shoes or what ever you young kids do these days).
