Combat stats - 50 attack, 80 strength, 85 range/mage, 45 pray (or whatever is needed for great brain robbery and after questing etc), 1 def.

Quests (with reqs etc.) - mithril gloves, desert treasure, horror from deep, animal magnetism, haunted mine, great brain robbery, monkey madness, regicide, all other pure quests for attack and pray xp. Just suggest if missed anything else.
