I had one of my devs dm you both @Zora @Searchy

 

I messaged Headshot this but am being ignored



We never discussed terms / commission percentage in our PM's, so it has to be in his Discord server

So that means he's either hiding a chat channel from us or he deleted messages

 

@Zora I prefer to keep all communication within this Sythe thread. @Searchy has reviewed every chat log where business was discussed. As I’ve already stated, at no point did either party discuss chargebacks in chat logs or messages those terms were clearly outlined in the TOS.

 

I have reviewed my direct messages with both of his accounts. If any prior discussion had taken place, our first interaction would reasonably have been through private messages but nothing is there as well.

 

My devs and I have reviewed all records. He only had access to two channels for communication within my server. Had he not initially ignored my request to review and accept the TOS, we likely would have discussed these matters further in pms bringing clarity to the issue at hand right now

 

Understood having his debt cleared now
