Sleep studies or Dream studies.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any schools where you could possibly find a major in some type of sleep studies or Dream studies? Would this fall under the Psychology category?

 

Your best bet would probably be to do some in depth research on professors and find one who has extensive knowledge in the field and teaches at a high end college with a good psychology program. Talk with that professor thoroughly to gain as much as possible, but you'd probably still have to do a lot of self taught learning. Just because it's not a very popular topic. Any Pre-tertiary psychology class will talk about states of consciousness, focusing on sleep. They would also presumably focus on Dream Theories, however not in depth.

If your really interested about Dream theories, you're probably going to have to self-teach, or have it as a minor in university.
