Any hope for my account?

I have an account thats banned for "Real World Trading Major" in December 2007, it had 2 party hats and 3 H'ween masks. The appeal was denied 4 years ago and I'm wondering is there any chance of getting it unbanned? Ive heard Jagex pardons bans from many years ago but I'm not sure about bans for RWT.
Where on the forums can I beg for mercy? What should I say? If I did get my acc back will my rares be gone?

You might have a chance. The best chance of getting it back is to find the forum where people can ask for reinstatment, and if your lucky, there will be a negative balance on your account, which you can usually buy out for $20-$30. Then you will have your account back which MAY have all of your items and skills, or it might be drastically rolled back. It's pretty much luck, but worth a try!

You can basically get your account re-instated for a price.

Usually $30-$50 depending on the offence.

All the XP on your account will be halved and all the items in your bank reduced to one, so you'll only have one of any partyhat you had, one mask, etc.

 

Its one red phat and one white phat does that mean I keep both?
