I bought it that day & I had it for a few months, it was not recovered in that time.

I put it up in my name shop, sure enough it was recovered the next day. I asked him what happened he said that he didn't know and he recovered it back for me.

Then later on when he got banned it was re-recovered and I lost the name.

I did not sell it in this time, if you look at my rare name thread I think it's the first page that I was GOING to sell it but then I said it was recovered, edited it saying I got it back, few days later saying it was recovered again.

At the time Lyt was sharing this account with me and can verify that we bought it and never sold it.

They are also lying on their second thread:

Turbulence hasn't even been banned for 2 months, & it was before he recovered the accounts.

Evidently it's Turbulence evading, if not the accounts are unsafe to trade and he deserves a TwC at least.

I think you should just ban though, that's my opinion. He's lying about how long he's owned the names safely.

I'm asking Lyt to go threw his screenies of trades, apparently he can't find it but he says he'll keep looking.
