How do I put links in my Sig?

Alright, so I've made my sig, and I want to put links into it. I have text spots in it that say, "Vouches" "Free MMing" and "GamerTag Shop". How do I link my threads into those text spots? Or, is there something else I have to do? If it's easier to explain over MSN or Skype, feel free to add me.

How would I put that into my signature though? I've created a signature in PhotoShop, and I want to basically have buttons on it.
I'm not just talking about putting a link under me like what I already have VVVVV. I'm talking like in a picture signature.

 

YOu must select the part in your sig, where you wnt to insert the link (grabbing your left mouse)
When selected, click an icon (With a globus, and 2 piece of chain) and enter the URL to that "please enter the url" field

Just copy and paste it as many times as you need it side by side. They should line up by eachother like this.

Edit the link with your link for example your vouch. Edit the IMAGELINK to the image that you made which would be your vouches.

 

That's not at all what I was talking about. You're missing what I'm saying.

 

Yes, that works for when you want to link a picture, but I want to link ONLY certain parts of my signature. If you look at my sig right now, I want to have different links for my Vouches, MMing, and GamerTag Shop.
