How to make a word link in signature?

Not sure what they're called, but I'm sure you know what I mean.

Where your able to click something like >>Vouches<< and it brings you to your vouch thread, without having to post the entire link under it like:

Vouches:
http://www.sythe.org/randomvouchthreadexample

Can anyone explain how to make that? I know, I fail for asking this >_<

 

ok so you put [url="your vouch thread url here" >>Vouches<< [/url]

and put a ] at the end of the url
