TF2 became free on steam. Idk, I don't really play anything free on the internet, 'cause usually it sucks ass.

TF2 is probably the best free fps out there atm, never tried battlefield heroes or any others. Bought tf2 years ago before it was free though

TF2 is definitely up there. However, I used to play an asian FPS called Gunz. I'm not sure if it's still around but it was pretty insane several years ago.

 

Yes gunz is still around although it shows signs of it losing players but in a little bit it gains as well

I saw TF2 also looks quite fun but cartoony haha

I used to play Americas Army

 

Team fortress 2. I actually paid for mine but it is free now.

There's no other game like it. So many aspects of the game are unique that it easy places in my top three favorite games of all time.
