best place to train

I just upgraded to members a few mins ago, I need to know the best way to go with my account.

stats:

56 def

60 str

40 att


what should i train next to i need to kno the best way to 99 att str def and Hp


should i stay at soul wars?

or train elsewhere if so where?

should i get higher def att or strength first?


sorry not trained combat in members for a few years.
