Got some great news about my me! XD

So as you all may know by now I am pursuing my dream of being a pro MMA Fighter most likely in the UFC..and I've been training at 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu for about 5 months now. The membership there is $145 a month for unlimited amount of classes you can take. And honestly even though i have a rib injury im loving it and still try to go but always end up re-injuring my rib. Anyways, I told them that my internship is done soon and im starting college again so i needed a part time job to kind of support my mom so she doesnt have to pay for my college/food/car and so on. [i recently totalled my car and need a new one :/ ] So they said they would think about it, I got a message on FB yesterday telling me that they are interested in hiring me if only for a couple nights a week cuz they are a small gym with a good number of staff and they would like to sit me down and explain to me the requirements...and the best part about it...I GET TO TRAIN FOR FREE....


So anyways, Im really happy cuz i get to have a job where I love being in the business i love, and i get to make a lil bit of money on the side while going to college. and not to mention i wont have to pay $145 a month for training anymore...i can pursue my dream for free! haha Oh God im loving it right now.

you guys could probably tell how happy i am haha.

That's really awesome man. It's good to hear that there's people on here that aren't so caught up in the virtual world. Where you do find your weakness to be when fighting? On the ground, or stand up?

 

thx dude, and honestly i think both of mine are pretty even cuz i got long arms so i could connect easily and i move around good, but then again 10th planet is the best jiu jitsu school so when im on the ground im very comfortable...the weakness i see in me right now is that im not experienced so i make small mistakes and im not as flexible which im working on...but i truly believe once i hit my one year training mark i will be a monster and unstoppable.

 

Thats awsome! I used to do MMA and Taekwondo. I had to pay like $120 a month and should have kept doing it. I pretty much stopped after getting black belt, i kinda regret it now but wth. I hope u achieve your goal of going pro. Next time i c u it better be on payper view!

Youngest fighter in the ufc is 20. Your almost there man : ) keep training and kick some ass. I wanna see you on UFC 150 or someshit haha

Thanks n4n0! and ya i took the week off to let me ribs get a little better, before i took a day or two off and it was ok but i went in and re-popped it. so ya ill be taking better care of myself now. thanks again!
