    in regards to:

    i am requesting escalation at this point.

    the user “Online” was issued an onsite DNT and instructed by staff to repay me.

    I have attempted communication for nearly a month with no response or payment. The user initially proposed a $20/week installment plan, which I did not agree to, as staff instructed repayment.

    after I requested full repayment, 'Online' responded with the following:

    “I’ll let you know if I can afford to get the debt to ya.”

    since that message, he has ceased all communication and has made no payments, or attempts of payment. (other than the initial attempt)

    this response acknowledges the debt but makes repayment conditional and without any timeframe. once instructed by staff to repay, I do not believe Online is permitted to renegotiate terms without my agreement. the continued silence appears to be non-compliance with staff instruction.

    based on the above, I do not believe repayment will occur without escalation, and I am requesting staff action accordingly.

    He said it would be over a month before he could repay you in full.

    Ok.

    There isn't anything further we can do. He was already given a DNT and instructed to refund.
