Skateboarding Thread - Post Your Pictures and Chat It Up

So I haven't seen a thread on here that is really dedicated to skateboarding, so I thought Id make one.

I have been skating off and on for 9 years now and Im not the greatest, but I have some pretty decent tricks. My favorites are Kickflip Indy and Backside Flip.



Heres a picture of one of the many high ollies I do. Most ive gotten over was 5 boards stacked wheel to wheel.

Nah, im not a fan of the LB scene.

I live on a military base where they are mandatory, otherwise the ghetto ass cops will take my board, make me escort them to my house (I have illegal tint (5%) and a few other things that makes base gay as fuck.)

I have been skateboarding for going on two years again, and I'm not that good. I'm a bit of a slow learner but I am slowly progressing again. Will add pictures later.

Wow, 5 decks is impressive lol. I think the most I could ever do was 2 or 3 (with luck). Wish I had some pics of when I was actually decent, here's my deck though

well I haven't skated for over 2-3 years after I messed up my right knee pretty bad from a nasty bail all from a damn rock x.x so sad. Recently I was thinking of starting back up just for fun/hobby like the old days. I missed that rush of energy and freedom you get whenever you skate ^_^ I personally was a street skater.

Tre (360) flip is my favourite trick of them all, I just love how it looks. I also love to spacewalk as a flatland trick but it was pretty tough for me to keep it in balance for a full run usually I would bail out into a nose manual or just completely lose my tail.
and of course classic kickflips are fun too especially taking it up a notch to doubles and triples. I believe I haven't done a triple yet.

I've been skimboarding for years, do you skim in the ocean or just in shallow lakes?

I've always wanted to build sometime of skimboarding park (only would last like a day because of erosion). I want to make like a downhill slope in the morning and wait until the afternoon for high tide and go skim it.

 

I used to love skating, but just never had balls to attempt handrails and big stairs...could manage tre flips but pfft, very nice pics!!!

 

lol i got into it when i was in third grade, and got decent, ollies, popshovits,180s etc
but then i stopped, and then i got into it again like 2 months ago, but i haven't gotten the hang of it anymore ):
and some douche snapped my board cause he wanted to skate in cleats after his soccer practice and i never felt like getting a new one
