[SCAMMER ALERT] Upgrade Bud

Hey, I recently got scammed by someone named "Upgrade Bud" His email is "[email protected]" I still have the whole chat, where We agree that I am going to pay him 50m, and in return he will pay me on paypal, 30 dollars. I gave him the 50m, he then didn't answer.. and eventually wen't offline.. Runescape MSN and the forums.

He does have many vouches, but I assume that they are FAKE.
I also was wondering, does anyone know how I can get my 50 mill back!?
