RSUltimate - Informal applications

Alright, so we just had formal applications earlier this month. We have already hired one of them, and looking to hire 2 more in the waiting stage currently. I know a lot of you did not get accepted, or were overlooked because of more trusted peoples posts and activity. This is your chance to redeem yourselves and get a second shot. We are currently looking for a couple more workers to make shifts easier, so we are having informal applications.

I will be hand picking these, and I may not even pick anyone here, just seeing about what we have here to pick from really, and I may choose 1 or 2 applicants.

What this job entails:
- Dealing with customers (helping, assisting)
- Handling and delivering gold
- Need at least SOME organisational skills to keep your work neat

If you ARE selected you will need to provide at least:
- 1 Photo ID
- Proof of residence

You will be paid per sale you make, and can make upwards of $100+ per week. This is not an attention intensive job, meaning you do not have to watching your computer screen the entire time. I usually play xbox or pk while I am on shift. Please post here if interested.

- Why you think you are good for the job: I think I am good for the job because I have extensive knowledge of the rsgp market. I'm a very kind guy that knows when it's time to get down to buisness. I can provide all info necessary and can even have my parents co-sign. I live about an hour and a half from Grave, so if he's ever in Tulsa, we can do a real life interview. I think I'd be good for the job because sales is in my blood, and I've had a little bit of sales experience myself. I am always willing to go out of my way to help a friend, or even a random stranger that I barely even know. I believe you at Rsultimate should chose me for all the reasons I stated above and the fact that I work hard, and you won't see a shortage of sales/activity from me. Also, I must add the fact that I am very trustworthy and will not run off with stock like a few certain others have done. I live about an hour and a half from Grave, so I think that can also work to my advantage because I'm so close to him. Please take this into serious consideration, and thank you for your time.

I'd be good for the job because I'm mature, available at almost all times during the week, and most weekends. I'm very good with customer care (I've worked in a few retail stores (Shop floor) I have great organisational skills, I'm prompt and always great with timing. I'm very well mannered, and great on the telephone (Not sure if the job requires this) I'd be available immediately upon request.

I'm very doubtful that I'll be accepted as a track record of sales on the site, and feedback is non-existent as I've done no trading, at all. (Can't blame me for trying atleast)

~I am dedicated to what I work on, and would take this job very seriously.

~I am currently looking for new ways to make an income on sythe, and so if i got this job i would not screw it up.

~I have good knowledge of the RSGP market, I was a gold merchant for a while, and I was thinking of breaking back into soon.

~I like to stay organized, and keep track of everything I do.

~I may be somewhat new on sythe, but I am quickly proving my self to be a loyal member of the community. I am extremely active in the irc and post here everyday.

- Hours you think you can work

I am on summer vacation until the first week in September so I can work pretty much any hours until it ends. I am in EST time. When school starts I will post likely be available from 4pm-10pm everyday (not including weekends, weekends I will be available for most hours.)

- When you can start working

I can start working whenever you need me to. My only problem is I can't start tomorrow because I have a wedding in the morning, and a grad party in the evening.

I understand that you're paid per sale, but about what does the average hourly rate work out to be?

 

It most likely varies as it is all comission based. You may get nobody one day, the next you may get five customers. There is no real way to put an "hourly" rate on this job.

 

Depending what hours you work, can range from $3/hr - $6/hr.

We tried, he is supposed to be online tonight for his training, if he shows up, he is hired, if not, he may be passed up.

 

Do we get an extra payment when sales are made or just the solid $/hour?

 

I'm sure it's all comission based. There is no hourly payment.

 

Everything is commissions based, I have personally made $30 today, total time related to actual work, about 30 minutes... rest of the time I have been playing black ops. As you can see, it is very easy work.

 

So what exactly do we do? I understand we give them the gold but do we have a list of people we need to deliver to or do we need to call people tell them to meet for their delivery or do we talk to them in a live chat? Do you get paid for selling someone gold or delivering the gold?

They will come onto the site and talk to you in live chat, you will document their order, call them to verify, then deliver the gold. You get paid for delivering the gold.
