Range tank, low att.

So, shortly, this is my tanker I have been working on for quite a while now.
For now I have finished working on it, because school is starting and don't plan on fitting a lot of gaming in my schedule.
I might do some f2p pking with it from time to time, but whatever.
But in long term, I plan on getting 99 def, 99 mage, 99 hp (and 99 str).



So, hate it or love it.

 

74 prayer for rigour, 75 attack for SOL to hybrid, Strength it too high already, you'll get leeched to the max by turmoil.

The account might as well just be maxed now. The Strength kind of ruined everything.

 

It's a main now, 50 attack will fail on turm + 45 def badly.

 

I originally had 50 attack 50 str.
raising my str to 88 has not granted me ANY combat levels.
I can still raise my str to 98 without gaining anything to my combat level because my attack is so low.

 

If you're a ranged tank, you normally don't want your strength high as people with turmoil can leech strength from you. I suggest you get 75 attack for SoL and 74 prayer for Rigour.

 

Oh well, Maybe you're right about the pking. but this account is primarily meant for staking anyway. with maxed hp, def, magic and range i can mage box or stake just ranging. although i dont see this happening any time soon..

 

As a pker if will do alright, but is severely gimped because of the str. But as a staker its great. I still prefer higher atk (75) low str (60) to thwart all the turm zerkers at that level. Otherwise your taking your advantage and throwing it out the door.

Everyone thanks for your feedback. Probably should have raised attack instead of str. that much is true.

maybe true with pking, but not with staking.
