u think mac miller is bad? ok then. when he stopped singing 24/7 about weed (now its about 24/5 lol) but there are a couple songs he really puts his heart into and it sounds great. NO ONE, and i repeat, NO ONE is worse than Lil B. he is so awful that me and my friends just listen to him to get a cheap laugh

I feel like you all are trolling, even if you aren't a fan of Eminem, Luda, or icecube they definitely can NOT be considered even close to the worst, hell no. Lil wayne was good back in the day but he's garbage now, and drake has always been garbage to me. The whole young money squad is garbage, except maybe Tyga, he's decent i suppose.

As for nikki, shes really not that bad actually.

Soulja Boy is possibly the worst embarrassment to the rap culture as a famous/well known "rapper". Can't believe how many idiots in this world worship this guys garbage. I am not even trolling here. I would rather have full blast of a train coming through right in front of my ears for 4 minutes. I don't hate the guy because I never met him before, but what he has created is ughh!

I personally think that Soulja Boy fetishized the "ringtone rapper" industry that we have. A lot of the artists that put shit out now, do so with music that works for ring tones. I can say the same for a lot of mainstream music. A lot of time is put into the beat, and less time into what's coming out of their mouths.

Drake, Eminem, and Ludacris, some of those that fit into a lower level of hip hop/rap, aren't that bad. I can say this because they don't try to put on a gimmick. They may talk a lot about shit that they don't really have, like stereotypical rap, but they're not full of themselves.

Nicki Minaj just seems like pure garbage to me. I just can't stand her facial expressions, her wigs and implants, and the fact that she's in a group called "Young Money". That whole group just sucks. End of story. Lil Wayne may have some slick lyrics once in a blue moon, but then you have to realize that most, if not all, of their lyrics revolve around the stereotype that rappers seem to get: weed, money, and women.

The mainstream industry itself is beat-focused, rather than lyrically focused. They try to appeal to the masses, which is the essence of what a mainstream artist is supposed to do. That's why we talk about how watered down they are, because a lot of the time it's less about what they really care about (unless they really do care about that shit, which makes them shallow, because they talk about things they don't have as if they're better because of it) and more about what can be turned into the next radio hit.

So basically, I would have to go with Soulja Boy and Waka Flame as the 2 I feel are the worst.
