This doesn't just apply for people who scammed. It also applies for people who have been hacked.

 

I support this, as long as the rates are fine and on average, then this is something that the community would benefit from.

 

Despite how annoying it must be to get hacked, your stolen accounts scams someone for 500m, after months of trying to get your account back your welcomed by a debt of 1b, I have to say i support this idea.
