Is there any level in herblore where you actually can make good money?

not to lose money - clean herbs

 

you can clean them but that would take a long time if you wanted 96 or 99.

 

Once you get above 70, you can clean most herbs and flip them for a profit.

 

Cleaning herbs makes a small profit and with a bot you can reach xp rates of like 60k p/h I believe.

 

I make about 45k p/h by cleaning herbs, I also made about 5M after getting to about 80, the herbs fluctuate though so I ended up losing like 2M of the profit the next day.

 

cleaning cadas you get around 80k/hr. dwarf weed you can get close to 90k. this is all botting btw
