If I was the customer I would personally want to talk to the person who's actually going to be doing the quests on my account. [A] As I said above, when I'm focused on something, I'm focused on it. I don't like to make people wait, when I start something, I finish it. Not only that, I do my quests efficiently, meaning properly, and in a timely manner.

[A] I'm consistent, I know I've said this before, but when I start something, I get it done. I'm calm, and I have the ability to be professional. I'm active, and I'm easy to get in touch with. I have great amount of experience questing.

[A] This is solely up to you, I think that I have the ability to earn higher ranks, but I don't have a say in it.

[A] Absolutely, It's better off this way. It's much more organized, if you had all of your employee's handling the customers individually the chance of a customer being scammed would be higher. You'd constantly be receiving complaints about employees taking peoples items, changing account information, etc.

[A] I enjoy helping others out, I really enjoying making a profit whilst helping people out. Questing can be tedious, everyone knows that. Fortunately I have the patience to quest, and I don't mind doing it at all.
