Yes, for venmo payments not sent from balance we'd be liable for chargebacks. That's what we agreed. That's why we always made sure all venmo payments were sent from balance, since those can't be charged back.

This further proves that we generally are NOT covering chargebacks, otherwise you wouldn't be mentioning that we'd need to cover card venmo payment chargebacks.


Could you please provide me with the actual TOS we agreed to with timestamps that match? If you are unable to verify the exact TOS we agreed to then your TOS is void

 

All of the original terms were discussed in Headshots Discord server - which was either in a text channel he has hidden or in his old Discord server we no longer have access to. Only Headshot has access to these logs since he has revoked our access.

On March 25th, he started using a new system as you can see in the screenshot and our original agreement was made before that. We no longer have the chat logs from before March 25th.

The more concerning question is why you never accepted the Terms of Service on your main account. I specifically remember reminding you about this. Was that intentional, or was it meant to serve as a fallback for a situation like this?

2. My process works as follows:
   
   Once a payment is received, we are alerted with the required payment details, including Zelle, first name, last name, transaction number, date, and time.
   
   My system maintains a blacklist based on first and last names. This is the only method available on my end to detect flagged or blacklisted users, which is why I function as a second line of defense. I consistently review past incidents to update this blacklist and protect my clients from known and emerging scammers or bad actors.
   
   In this specific case, the user sent payments using multiple bank accounts and different names, which I was only able to identify after the fact.
   
   The client makes the judgment call on whether to conduct additional research on a customer or proceed with the transaction, typically based on the amount being spent, how long the customer has been in their server whether they are a new or long time customer and the age of the Discord account.
   
   Once that decision is made, the client provides the payment information along with the necessary instructions. The client then submits a screenshot of the payment to their profile within my server. We verify that the submitted amount matches , our payment alert. Upon approval, the system automatically credits the client’s balance, deducts my commission.

13) USDT via ERC-20, USDC via ERC-20, or USDC via Base must be a listed payment address. Failure to comply may result in additional processing fees, which we strive to avoid to maximize your profit.

14) Under no circumstances may your customers send more than $999.99 in a single day (a day is defined as 00:00 to 23:59 CST).

15) It is YOUR obligation to ensure any CashApp or Venmo transaction is being sent from a balance. A chargeback resulting from failure to comply will require repayment to Autonomous Solutions LLC by the offending affiliate.

16) Any clients requesting UKBT payment information and sending payments via UKBT are liable and responsible for chargebacks or payment reverts.

17) All clients must document the customer's name and address if UKBT is sent, in the event @Unknown-role [803756574480662549] requests it.

18) We reserve the right to view any and all tickets/chats related to our service within 48 hours of a request. You are responsible for proper logging of all related chats. Failure to do so may result in financial penalties, service revocation, or temporary suspension of the service.

19) Chargebacks & Payment Reversals – Autonomous Solutions LLC is not responsible for any chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or lost funds caused by customers. Affiliates are fully liable and must repay all amounts within 48 hours of notice.

20) Non-Compete & Server Protection – You may not copy, recreate, imitate, or build any bot, service, automation, or system that replicates or competes with Autonomous Solutions LLC. Sharing, leaking, or distributing internal workflows, scripts, or methods is strictly prohibited.

21) Intellectual Property & Fine – All server systems, functions, workflows, and designs are the property of Autonomous Solutions LLC and owner "Headshot." Attempts to copy, replicate, or reverse engineer the server or its functions constitute agreement to a $3,000 fine per violation, payable within 14 days.

 

As the server expanded and the client base grew, it became necessary to refine and strengthen the system, its protocols, Terms of Service, and operational rules.

• This user has been flagged as DNT on Sythe you did no diligence before accepting there funds

• This is a brand new customer who has been in you server for 11 days and you thought it was a good idea to accept 6k from them
  
  
• Banks typically allow disputes for unauthorized transactions within 60–120 days. While rare with Zelle, it is still possible.
  
  I am requesting that $4,000 of the $6,000 exposure be held for 60 days. I am also fine with a Sythe moderator holding the funds during this period if necessary.
  

 

I have reviewed all prior verbal discussions in full transparency, and there was no verbal agreement establishing liability. TOS pretty much covered it all.

We have a TOS logger but this was implemeneted literally 24 hours after he accepted TOS.

When I first created the server he would submit a screenshot and I would confirm i got it. We have since then updated the server and its functionilty to this:

 

The first two payments were approximately $1,000 each. The next two payments, totaling $2,000 each, were processed roughly one hour after I made my announcement, which he reacted to but did not disclose that he had already accepted funds from a suspicious user until being confronted the following day.
Approval of the final two $2,000 transactions was an oversight by both myself and my team. Historically, we have made limited exceptions for certain clients based on their prior history and demonstrated due diligence before providing payment instructions. However, as reflected in Searchy’s ticket with the customer, payment was accepted immediately without hesitation.

 

Unfortunately, these $2,000 transactions were sent on Christmas, when staffing and oversight were reduced compared to a normal operating day due to the holidays.

Our original agreement where we discussed that you'd be liable for chargebacks, took place in your Discord server. Please give me access to that server / channel so I can review the chatlogs.

This is simply a lie, and you know it. Why are you trying to cover up the evidence?

 

The channel you may be referring to was archived over 9 months ago. I can provide transcripts to the mods upon request. At no point did you state that you were not liable for anything, and at no point did I state that I was not liable for anything in any of our prior conversations. Rather not give you the opportunity to delete anything like how you deleted the link to the ticket where the transactions took place with the scammer ( Which I recorded before you revoked my access to it ) where I found out he was a new customer to your server. Your allegations are unsupported and, at best, constitute defamation. To date, you have provided no evidence to substantiate claims that I lied or engaged in any wrongdoing.

 

Both times I asked you about agreeing to the Terms of Service on your main account, that was the appropriate moment to raise any concerns you had. If you disagreed with the TOS or did not want to be held liable for chargebacks, we could have discussed it then. I could have cashed you out, ended the business relationship, and moved on with my day.

And yeah, obviously i deleted you from the ticket since you leaked the entire conversation in this public thread. That information was completed irrelevent to this report, plus you leaked our RSN and the customers RSN. We never gave you permission to post those
