Violations: Plagiarism, False Advertising, Misrepresentation

I am reporting this user for plagiarising my Discord server channels and misrepresenting accounts purchased from me as “hand-made.” The reported user has copied multiple channels from my server almost verbatim and is using it across their webstore and third-party marketplace channels, while advertising accounts that originated from my store as their own work.

1. Plagiarised Discord Channels (Verbatim / Near-Verbatim Copying)
Below are direct comparisons between my original Discord channel text and the reported user’s Discord channels. danm8 joined my discord server December 20th, 2025. On December 23rd, 2025, danm8 had plagiarised my channels in his discord server.

This is not coincidental wording - it is structured, repeated, and consistent plagiarism.

2. False Advertising / Misrepresentation
The reported user is advertising accounts as “hand-made” while reselling accounts that were purchased from me. I have never advertised my accounts as hand-made. This misrepresents the origin of the accounts to buyers and is false advertising.

Buyers are being misled about who and how the accounts were created.

I would also like to add I have no issue with people reselling accounts I sell. However, I am concerned about a new seller’s intentions and integrity when they basically steal the structure of my server and then lie about accounts they are reselling.
