[fs] Player Moderator Account [must See!]

Hi guys, I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, but im going to give it a go anyways. I am putting up my lv 96 Player Moderator account up for sale! I already have a maxed main with other great perks to it so i feel its about time for me to let this account go (along with many of my other accounts). I am not new to selling accounts and I would like to get a few facts straight in my T&C.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Do not post here asking me to go first during this transaction. I know that I only have a few posts, but I am not new to the RS Black Market. We WILL be using an OMM (which you will pay for, or we will split costs) and a recovery test shall be performed. (My only exception is if I would be trading with a member with 100+ vouches)

2. I would like to take RSGP for this account. I am not comfortable with using Paypal due to the ease of chargebacks with stolen credit cards or accounts. I do take WU, and we can discuss fees during the transaction. I currently value RSGP at $.50/M.

3. I have the right to refuse a sale under my discretion. This means that if I believe you are going to scam in any way or try to cheat me, I have the authority to refuse service to you.

4. Once an agreement is met between a buyer and myself, I shall be using an OMM to send you a copy of the Recovery Details. The details I have are absolute. Additionally, I shall be contacting Jagex, telling them that my address will be changed and that I will be using a new ISP and IP. (this is to ensure that your moderator status will not be taken away)

5. I will agree to prove this account's status to any MODERATOR or ADMIN upon request. I would actually love for either to contact me asap so that buyers' suspicions are relieved.
