    Explanation of the trade: selling accounts , taking money and dipping, he is doing another account sale atm for the same account.
    How they scammed: paid for account, he says he doesnt see the money on his paypal. After few hours he starts asking for more money because someone else is apparently offering him more and asked me for more money, but i declined and asked for refund whichi he says he will do but never got it back and now hes trying to resell the account under a new post.
