Looking for symbol, banner and video intro for Ascian Gaming Community

The job in itself is not a huge job. We can discuss payment, but don't expect over $50.

I am looking for someone to make a good symbol for a gaming community that I administrate. We are a hardcore gaming community, but that's not important. The symbol needs to be clean and grimdark, red and black would be preferred.

Our current banner looks like this:

So, something similar would be great. The symbol NEEDS to be changed, though the banner is actually fine as it is (without the symbol, that is).

An added bonus would be if you could make a video intro using the symbol that you have made, using 3D elements.
