No it doesn't work anymore, it involved using the Dungeoneering minigame where you got a really high amount of exp, then they teleported out and managed to keep the effect and then when they had a really low amount of hp would make Dharoks hit a lot higher.

Ex: When the hp was 100/990, the game really thought the hp was 100/20000
