Explanation of the trade: Headshot processes payments for us, he's now refusing to pay out.

We use their payment processing service for payments. Last night, we processed a $2000 payment. Every payment that goes through them gets verified by Headshot or his worker. Once approved, they send out a notification that everything is good and then we can proceed with the delivery.


They approved the payment yesterday, then today headshot starts crying that we shouldn't have taken the payment from the buyer. And now he doesn't want to pay out my money that is rightfully mine.

But headshot manually reviews every transaction, and they APPROVED it yesterday as you can see in the screenshot. If they didn't want to process this transaction, they shouldn't have APPROVED the transaction but instead cancelled and refunded it.

They were also free to ask additional questions about the transaction at the time, but they didn't. Also, the buyer hasn't even charged back the transaction (& you can't even chargeback zelle).

Allow me to provide some context and clarity on the matter. As many of you know, I operate a payment processing company that provides 24/7 support and services to over 40 clients. My work ethic, brand, and business practices speak for themselves I’ve consistently been known for conducting business with integrity. I offer these services to support Discord servers such as Searchy and others like it.

• My TOS states your liable for all chargebacks

• My TOS/rules states no transactions should be over $1000

• My other TOS/Rules states no one reported on Sythe should have any of there funds be sent to my payment methods

• This user has been flagged as DNT on Sythe you did no diligence before accepting there funds

• This is a brand new customer who has been in you server for 11 days and you thought it was a good idea to accept 6k from them

• This person reached out to 3 of my clients you were the only client to not bring this up to my attention

Proof they have only been a customer of searchy since decemeber 15th 2025:

 

Two separate clients contacted me regarding a suspicious Discord user who attempted to spend large sums, upwards of $15,000, via Zelle or wire transfer. Upon receiving these reports, I conducted an independent investigation.

I then issued an announcement to all clients. Although Searchy and his team acknowledged the announcement, they did not disclose that they had already accepted funds from the same user in question. It was only after I asked directly this morning that they confirmed they had accepted those funds.

It is important to note that this user has been marked DNT since 2020, yet no due diligence was performed to verify this, including checking Sythe. Despite the user having been in their server for only 11 days, they accepted approximately $6,000 in transactions, with $1,000 being the smallest single transaction.

They choose greed and profit over the protection and security of my payment methods.

 

He believed that because one of his accounts had accepted the Terms of Service, while the other had not, he was exempt from my rules.

My company operates in the same manner as Stripe, PayPal, Square, and other payment processing providers. Our rules and Terms of Service are designed to protect not only our clients, but also myself and the company as a whole.

 

TOS that may apply in this situation:

4) Any illegal activity—including fraud, scams, money laundering, or attempts to manipulate the system—is prohibited and will result in immediate forfeiture of assets held by Autonomous Solutions LLC, permanent bans, and reporting to authorities as defined under US law.

7) Abuse of the system, as determined by staff, may result in financial penalties, account termination, legal action, or permanent bans.

15) All Venmo/Cash App payments must be funded from a balance. Chargebacks due to insufficient funds, fraudulent behavior, or platform disputes must be repaid in full by the affiliate within 48 hours.

19) Chargebacks & Payment Reversals – Autonomous Solutions LLC is not responsible for any chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or lost funds caused by customers. Affiliates are fully liable and must repay all amounts within 48 hours of notice.

 

I informed him that the funds would be held until January 31st. At this time, we can neither confirm nor deny whether a chargeback will occur. What we do know is that the user had already been reported on Sythe and was marked DNT.

My clients are the first line of defense, which is why I enforce strict rules and provide guidance on proper due diligence. In this instance, Searchy did not follow established protocol and prioritized processing the transaction over compliance. He also believed that because one of his accounts had not accepted the Terms of Service, he would not be liable for any potential chargebacks.

It is important to note that the account which accepted the Terms of Service was the same account that submitted the payment for approval.

 

Unfortunately, he attempted to use my company like a mule rather than treating it as a legitimate business providing a regulated service. This reflects a clear disregard for the standards and protections in place for the community.

Additionally, the following evidence demonstrates that, in the event of a chargeback, he stated he would not provide reimbursement.

 

Legally, transactions can be disputed with a bank within 60 to 120 days if unauthorized activity is suspected. It is extremely hard to do with zelle but still possible as we all know.

I would like to request that the funds be held for 60 days. This request only concerns $4,000 of the $6,000 my company is exposed to. I am comfortable with a Sythe moderator holding the funds during this period if needed.

 

As you can see in the screenshot provided by Headshot, we accepted TOS on March 25th.

However, the TOS he posted was published on November 26th, as shown here:



The terms of service we accepted on March 25th weren't even remotely close to the new terms you posted on November 26th. There has been no communication to us that the terms were changed, because if we knew about these new ones we wouldn't have continued business.

You cannot silently change important terms and then enforce them against existing customers without proper notice. Simply posting them in your Discord server is NOT sufficient, as we don't check your server. You should at least have notified us via email or PM, or asked for some form of consent. This is poor business practice on your part.

It's never enforceable to change terms like this, even if:

• The terms say “we may change these at any time”
• The updated terms are just posted on a website
• The company assumes “you should check regularly”

Courts have repeatedly ruled that:

“Posting updated terms online without notice is insufficient.”

Not to mention that the terms of service channel in his Discord server only shows for people who haven't accepted them. So any Discord user who accepted the TOS in the past, won't even see it if he updates / posts new ones

I would also like to mention that we NEVER agreed to being liable for chargebacks.

When you unboarded us, we had a conversation about this and I explicitly told you we'd only do business if you'd be liable for chargebacks. You agreed to this and assured us that it's pretty much impossible to chargeback anyways.
It obviously doesn't make any sense to be paying 7.5% in fees to you if we'd also be liable for chargebacks. Platforms like Eldorado and G2G have similar fees and they also cover chargebacks, so it's fair to assume you'd be doing the same.

Since our agreement was that you'd be covering chargebacks, it's also a fair assumption that you'd be responsible for doing KYC / due diligence. If you want more information about a certain transaction or don't feel safe, you're free to ask us for additional information or decline any payments and refund them to the sender.

I would also like to send another reminder that your team literally APPROVED the transaction - you can't be saying the payment is all good and then the next day change your mind and hold my money hostage. We've done multiple $1k+ payments with you before with no issues and you gladly took the commission, but now suddenly it's an issue? Then refund the transaction instead of approving it.

Since the payment methods are ours and not yours, you should have a better overview of risk factors for each transaction. We have no insight in that, so that's another reason why due diligence should be your responsibility, not ours.

Also, in your TOS it states nowhere that you have the right to withhold funds. That would also be something we'd NEVER agree to. Zelle payments can't be charged back, so that's more reason why you shouldn't be holding my funds. Zelle sends money directly bank-to-bank - once sent they're treated like cash or a wire transfer, so they can't be reversed like a credit card payment.

You also mention that we should have looked him up on Sythe. You've never told us to do that before, this is the first time hearing about it. You can't be making up rules and then holding them against us after the fact.

You're handling this matter extremely unprofessional, you talk about your "work ethic" and "conducting business with integrity" but you're the worst guy I've done business with in years.

 

You are the only client claiming I am liable for all chargebacks. You receive the lowest processing fee in my server due to being a client for over 7 months, rates I no longer offer. You claim you didn’t accept the TOS, yet argue it was updated as if it was updated right before this report. Did you even read the TOS on the account you accepted it on or did you just plan to do whatever you wanted?

It is me and my teams job to confirm the payment as they arrive. Not to mention this user sent the zelle through several different names and account most likely "MITM". I add extra layers of security because I love what I do, but the client is always the first line of defense.

I do not operate inside client Discord servers. Payments screenshots must be brought to my server for confirmation. Out of three clients, you were the only one who failed to report this suspicious user and chose greed and profit over safety and protocol.

Your argument hinges on dismissing the Terms of Service, assuming that because your main account did not accept the TOS, you were not bound by it, and that my approval of the payment transferred liability.

The customer was active in your server for 11 days, during which you accepted approximately $6,000 from them. At no point did you flag the user, look up their UID on Sythe, or bring this to my attention. Even after I made a public announcement regarding the suspicious customer, you failed to disclose that you had already accepted payment from this individual until I directly asked.

 

I don't care what deals you have with other people, we agreed that you take chargeback responsibility.

I did not choose greed and profit over safety and protocol. We submitted this payment in your server for payment verification to see if everything was alright. It's your job to make sure the transaction is fine. You could have asked for extra verification at the time or you had the option to decline the payment. But you didn't.

It also has nothing to do with our main account not having accepted the TOS. If you read what I said, you would know that my argument is that you changed the TOS after we accepted it and then not communicated about it.


With that being said, if you don't have any more useful information then I would suggest we wait on a moderator to respond instead of pointlessly going back and forth

 

This was not the first time we discussed chargeback liability. It would make no sense to earn $418.60 in profit (the 7.5% fee charged to Searchy) while assuming the risk of $6,000 in potential chargeback exposure.
