Fake server & I was too lazy to check

I dont know if this is a violation of some kind but it is really starting to irritate me. I know there are more but I have doccumented at least 3 different instance on at least 3 different alts where @YanLiLi is spamming advertisements exclusively to my discord server users. I keep banning his alts and he keeps adding new ones. Is there anything I can do? I vaguely remember Pingy getting a TWC for similar behavior but it may not be perfectly identical circumstances.

it is not an imposter, the links go to the real Yanlili according to my most recent report by an annoyed discord member.
