    Im about to buy an account that has no recovereis or email registered. i worried it will get recovered back?

    The original owner can always recover the account no matter what. So, if they are original owner yes.

    Original owner cant recover account If they contacted a Jagex by mail and asking they reset ur Info and if they reset it,set reqoveries and it be your firsti nfo!

    Accounts can be recovered with passwords, membership info, and what ISP was used when the account was created.
