Team Quest - Application Form [HIRING QUESTERS]

Looking for Two people to help me form Team Quest​

Rules of Team Quest
1. I am the leader of Team Quest, this is not a partnership(50/50), you work UNDER me and receive quests/payment from me. You may NOT contact customers in any way, you may NOT meet with customers to receive payment, and you may NOT negotiate prices.
2. I will arrange all information with the customer, then forward this request on to one of the questers, who will carry out and complete the quest. I will then receive payment from the client, and you receive 75%(starting out rate) of given pay.
3. I will handle any high profile orders myself (high bank wealth, no email/recoveries, pures) until you receive a higher rank
4. There will be a ranking system each hired quester can obtain, these ranks include benefits such as - higher pay rate - more high profile quests(higher rsgp) - a higher amount of quests to complete - ability to consult customer via MSN - and some other stuff I haven't thought of yet.
5. I am liable for your actions, meaning this is a very strict appeal process for an application. I will reimburse the customer for any damages you may cause - meaning you will be fired + reported for your actions.

I am actually a pretty laid back guy, but when it comes to business I take everything very seriously.

This will NOT take immediate or probably soonish effect - 1-2 weeks before I consider even hiring ONE quester.

I am reluctant to open a new thread due to popularity of my current one, so we will see how this plays out in the long run, or if this even plays out.
