Thanks for your input. However, I would definitely say we have better customer service than Gold4RS and people have had more issues with them than with us.

You should probably read their recent posts regarding the shortage of staff. I think that'd be a little nicer than you spamming away on this thread.

 

That means if they know they were going to have only 2 people at the start then maybe perhaps they shoudn't put ''24/7 Live Delivery ☎ '' in the title.

 

When that was in the title, there were about four workers I believe. Recently it's been only 2 but it will be back to normal within the week or two weeks.

We don't have anyone to change titles for us and if we make a report it usually takes a while. We also manage to do 24/7 for the most part minus an hour or so breaks in the middle and a few hours past midnight.
