Have you used some steam prevention tool (prevent from disable/suspend)? Have you logged into more accs at once (without the prevent methods)? Usually Steam System can catch you.

hello8xx is NOT guilty again. Guily are people who managed to buy cheap accs. Cheap accs = possible recover/retrieve, high risk, low security. Cheaper keys (than RRP price) but higher than accs price = 99% no risk of "retrieve" (because you activate the key into your OWN account!), no risk of complains, etc.

It's about people's choice.
