Very long time to get a reply or help.

I am the original owner of the account hamza. I have donated to the website and had a clean reputation. I took a break from rs to concentrate on studies and other things and so I took a break from sythe. I came back and tried to log on to notice my password had been changed and someone has been using my account. I posted in account recovery and this was 12 days ago. I personally think this is a very long time to get a reply and was just wondering if this is usual. I might not have submitted much proof, that is because i dont know what proof is needed. I do however expect a reply and some help to regain my account.

I can't guarantee when an admin will checkout your thread though, sorry.

Please do not post in the market on your current account, do not trade with anyone etc.

Global moderators are meant to be doing the account recovery requests, but currently seem to be neglecting them.

Well, as Giverny said, Global Moderators handle the account recoveries, so, if no global mods are on msn, you'll just have to wait or see if a Global Moderator is on Sythe and PM them.

 

The admin fire is doing a good job there it seems.

real hamza you need to take initiave private message all gmods and add on msn send emails...

The site is severly under staffed and dealing with corruption on the highest levels..

So good luck i know you dont want spam just some suggestions
