    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: lavas is not a runecino admin since November of 2024. He is a known scammer, and a rat that has stolen billions from runecino as well as violated the agreement where he will leave the server peacefully.
    Link to previous disputes: There is a TWC dispute that was reported because of the use of restorecord to preserve memberlist. The ruling is a bit biased, but it is what it is.
    Anything else you wish to say: Lavas got reported for mass spamming servers and recruiting people to his sketchy discord with crank. He hasn't been part of runecino, we parted on "good" terms, as he wanted to pursue a life outside of runescape business and made it apparent that gambling was not good for his mental health. Part of his agreement, which I can disclose, was a 40b buyout where he was paid in full by the end of February.

    Part of the buyout required him to maintain a friendly relationship with the server and respect our community, in that he will not start a rival discord and pm active members to bring to his discord.

    He's done this, obviously.

    I've pmed @Sinister some details, I have a year of chat messages and logs to show proof of any of this. I'm posting on behalf of dragon as he is away, due to severe medical issues, and I wanted to help my friend clear his sythe. Please let me know where I can submit some of these screenshots, I would prefer it to be in a private environment.

    I spoke with a mod about this privately, and he advised to repost this issue with proof as a runecino owner. Original thread:

    Until November of 2024, Lavas worked for runecino as a marketing manager (recruiter), cashier, and community manager. His payment was not a flat amount but a percentage of runecino profits.

    I will post a timelined event of why he chose to leave runecino, his 40b payout, and the subsequent breakdown in trust as after he took the payout he went against the conditions for his payout to start up Runeluck, a rival discord that actively poached all of our members.

    Image 1 Nov2, 2024: Lavas losing another 2b in poker, and crying to leave.
    Image 2 Nov2, 2024: Lavas and I conversed, he was cemented in his position to leave. Discussions began.
    Image 3 Nov3, 2024: Terms of buyout concluded, will detail more as convo shows, I put a red mark over a slur I used in a conversation with him. Please do not freak out, these are private convos but for the sake of transparency I decided to share them.
    Image 4 Nov3, 2024: More conversation about terms of his buyout, letting him step down peacefully.
    Image 5 Nov5, 2024: 40b owed to lavas as he confirmed, a lot of the deals were negotiated over voice. it would be paid out over time, to prevent him from immediately getting an upfront payment and instantly starting a rival discord.
    Image 6 Nov10, 2024: Lavas agreed to a timeframe for a payout earlier but keeps trying to get more from us up front, proof that part of the payout was already started
    Image 7 Nov 13, 2024: Lavas was removed from other discords like GE discord as he has no association with runecino
    Image 8 Dec 2, 2024: Payouts in december
    Image 9 Dec19, 2024: Lavas making post to step down and away
    Image 10 Dec21, 2024: Lavas depositing money to me to play poker as he is not an admin
    Image 11 Dec21, 2024: Lavas crying about poor treatment when he admitted he was already paid out 20b. The original agreement was 8b per month, note, this is december...
    Image 12 Feb18, 2025: Lavas recruiting people to Runeluck from Runecino
    Image 13 August 12, 2025: Lavas restarting runeluck again, and recruiting ppl to poker in runeluck

    He will continue to menace pretty much all your communities. He is not associated with runecino.
