Selling my level 129 with Turmoil / Overload / Rapier!

I am the original owner, all quested and training was done by ME only. No one has ever logged onto this account besides ME!

I have all the previous passwords as well as the recovery question answers which I will of course give to you. I have all the information written in a document that I will give you as soon as I received the money.

No email on the account! Was made before email usernames!

The combat level is 127.

My starting price will be 200M or $100, I'm asking for this price because I'm really selling it unlike some people selling their maxed 138's for 50M ( inb4recov ) and because account selling sites like Gold4rs & USfine already offer around $100-$140 to sell it later around $300-$400.

We can use a MM if you suggest (at your expense), or you will go first! I will also do a recovery test but the costs of the recovery test will also be on your expense.
