Insidious

Just watched this movie and it scared the shit out of me. I can honestly say this is one of the scariest movies ever. Post your thoughts if you've seen it and see it if you haven't

This is what i thought of Insidious,
I thought the beginning was really scary, especially when the alarm was going off and they thought someone was in there house.
Also i thought the story was alright but i didn't like the ending to much with the guy traveling to find his son. I thought that part was out of place with the whole movie.
but other then that i thought it was a very good ghost movie but i would say the scariest movie would be Haunting in Connecticut or Paranormal Activity 2

 

Yeah, I agree with you. Once the dad goes into the further, it's not really scary or good anymore, just creepy as fuck.

 

Ya, when he went to the further it felt like a whole different movie. But i like being scared by little things like thinking someone is in the house or hearing sounds at night stuff like that

 

same lol, the scariest parts were just when the demons and shit popped out of nowhere

 

Me and my friends saw it together and all started dying when he got that giant ass flash light (mostly because our friend had 1 just like it ). It was not too scary but made me jump a lot... but tbh other than the people showing up outa nowhere, it didnt scare me.

What movie did scare me was this one with all the dolls, and if you scream you die (forgot the name, sorry). I hate creepy dolls... hate them... so it freaked me out.

hmmm, idk if I wanna see this or not. Im not too into scary movies, but they dont freak me out usually, I just get like jumpy I guess

 

You should watch it, you'll most likely be scared.

 

Scariest movie I have ever seen. The part with the guy in the window freaked me out.

Horrible movie wasn't scary at all lucky thing i got it at the redbox.

And I will never understand the appeal for the Paranormal Activity movies. They're boring as fuck and not scary at all. Maybe I'm just desensitized to ghost movies because of my various real experiences or many "ghost hunts."

Anyway, Insidious is definitely worth a watch. The main demon looked like a really morbid Dr. Seuss character. Paranormal Activity should be avoided like the plague.

 

It actually wasn't the scariest but it was different than any other horror movie which i liked. The ending was a huge twist for me and sent chills up my spine.

It was pretty scary with what the kid was going through though I mean you have no idea what is happening to him at first.

It's worth a watch though as it is really good.

Bad movie is bad.
It was fine until they started trying to explain everything and stuff it was just going downhill. Didn't like it really I advise anyone saying this is the scariest movie to watch The Strangers.

 

This movie was scary in a really fucked up way. Every time I hear that song they're always playing on record somewhere, I get chills. It's definitely a movie you should watch once.

 

The part where they looked in the baby's room and there was a guy in the window.

 

Yeah, everyone I know says it sucks, I've yet to see it :\

 

Lol when I watched the movie in theaters that scared the hell out of me.

Also, it's just freaky. The demon sharpening his nails, the freaky music, etc. I could honestly see this movie disturbing people and really messing with their heads.
