    I'm here just asking question that is it okay if you use paypal / pa at the age of 16 years old? Just asking. Thanks!

    Yes, but PayPal is a scammers heaven. I try to avoid it. If you can, try a different payment method. That's if you're selling, if not, Paypal is okay to use.

    PayPal is okay to use but you should stay away from it with newcomers and non-trusted members because of chargebacks.

    I use it to buy and sell, I of course take a lot of precautions against frauded paypals.

    I had one a couple of years ago, under 18. I still am, but I never use it.

    To legally use PayPal at 16, you'll have to ask your parents to open up a Student Account. This acc has limitations, like to file chargebacks, you'll need to ask your parents. And your parents can transfer money from your account at any time. But at least Student Accounts get a free debit card with it.

    You can trade really well with an unverified paypal, you just cannot withdraw it, so must spend it on the internet. As previously stated however, chargebacks and scams are proficient through Paypal so use with extreme caution

    PayPals all changed now and it's pretty hard to sign up as you need photo id etc so register in your parents name, and you should be fine :)

    Over $17,000 has gone in and out of my paypal account since February and I've never been asked for Photo ID. In fact, the only message I've gotten from Paypal is to stop using Moneypak transactions (To which I combated by buying dinner for my friend so he'd let me use his paypal account)

    @OP

    You should be fine, just register under your parents name and you should be okay. Just make sure you create your own as soon as you turn 18.
