I know :| If someone can pick me up a copy at target I think the GAME OF THE YEAR IS $10.00 I'm not sure if its STEAM ACTIVATABLE

 

It's not. The game is not using "Steamworks" technologies, so keys 100% are NOT Steam Redeemable.

But Borderlands 2 is coming next year. Q2 2012.
