It is now very obvious that he has indeed scammed me and now says, that he didn't get the Payment. I will post screenshots of our Conversation shortly, and Screenshots of the Transaction too, stay tuned.

Same as mentioned above. Posted an report about this case, would advice you to do the same. His "72 hours" for me is going to end up at 16:53 local time (14:53 BST)

For others - I would advice to be patient until report is archived, and if you decide to trade - trade with caution - record trade from the beginning to the end.
