    How they scammed:

    @Pohina it does not appear that a recovery responsibility period was agreed to regarding this trade. If one was agreed to, please provide proof of that here.

    I've gone ahead and issued @Pohina a 3 month ban as punishment for scamming and the DNT will remain.

    @Pohina should you wish to resolve this issue and return to the market, you will need to assist @AshLauren with recovering the account or provide a full refund of the purchase price and request a pardon.
