ffs just ring of lifed on me

 

i botted there from 82-98 range and im going to tell u right now that bots will bring a ring of life, several hundred bronze arrows equipped, and the script comes with anti-lure. basically the bot runs to the ladder and goes up and down it to get out of combat

yeah this doesnt work well anymore

 

Free ranbge guilds dont have a banking option/feature, still coudl work.

What he said. Most of the people there are using powerbot or one of the RSBuddy scripts, not the $20 neXus bot script.

I not once have had a bot run, they may have extra arrows to kill the guard, but 19 times out of 20 the bot will shoot 4-5 remaining arrows and stand there while the guard mows him down.

 

Jagex ruined it you barely get anything now, they keep items according to g.e price + stackable items such as cash/arrows arent lost.

The RsBuddy scripts say they avoid combat, but they dont. I found out the hard way. In the future i will wear a ring of life to stop lurers. Its quite difficult now to actually kill a range guild bot because it takes so long for them to missclick, then 8/10 times they have Ring of life. Bandit afk killing is fun but takes a while for them to die, plus they wear Ring of life occasionally.

 

I'll try it out, I like the idea of luring some wealthy bots

 

Yeah, back when I found this out, I seriously was the only one doing this, the bots back then didn't even wear ring of life's, at least most of them didn't. They would wear Archer's Rings for the Ranged bonus.

It was a good time killing them, a shame the guide got leaked everywhere but oh well.

On average, How long does it take for the bots to attack the guards? I sat there for 15 minutes and nothing happened.

 

There really isnt an average, sometimes they take ages. Sometimes they take not long at all. Rarely you will be sitting there for hours but you should normally get a lure before 30mins waiting. Its all about patience and luck.

Yeah, at the moment a lot of the bots have been designed around the lure, but the bots still do mess up sometimes. It's still worth doing.
