What's your favorite Raid?

Definitely liking Firelands so far in Cata, but BWD is gonna take a lot of beating. That raid was brilliant.

 

Yeah I agree, I've seen a bit of video on Firelands and BWD. My friends tell me they enjoy it quite a bit too. I might get back into raiding sometime before the year ends, I really did enjoy it when I used to raid often.

In cata so far, BWD and firelands are my favourite.

Tot4w was interesting, but only 2 bosses and al'akir was a pushover.

BoT is a little short and I don't know, it's missing something, could be that it is so linear, whereas the other raids are far bigger and you can choose where to go when you want etc.

BWD is awesome, great spread of bosses with some interesting mechanics. Nef fight was tough with all the rng pre-4.2 (guild cleared 12/12 normal and a few heroics before the nerf).

Firelands is very cool, and we have been working on rag for about 4 weeks now.

 

Have you downed Rag yet or just trying to get it down 100% to farm it?

I really did like ICC, Heroic LK 25 is one of my favorite fights, spite the fact that ICC was just on farm mode for ever.

Tier 11 raids were cool too, hated heroic nef and chog, sinestra is fun.

Quit before Firelands came out.

Honestly the best raid out there is probably Ulduar though. Yogg 0 is a huge challenge and the raid itself was just so nicely done.

 

Only started in WotLK, so ToC (boss after boss!) and ICC (always tried to sneak in with 3K GS P were cool. My Guild and realm were too small/retarded for cata, so I kind of quit WoW. Good times tho.

Classic - BWL/AQ40
TBC - BT/Hyjal
WotLK - Didnt raid in WOTLK, or at least seriously enough to choose one.
Cataclysm - ^. My main focus is PvP at this point.

I dont understand how people prefer vanilla raids over TBC+. If you played during that time, you KNOW how frustrating and stupid everything was. Way to much was based around luck, like if you would crit enough times.
My favourite raid was was Black Temple.

 

ToC is definitely a favourite, and a majority of Firelands.

 

Somewhat of a necro, but still a thread that could easily be discussed.

I loved ulduar. Fights were fun. Shame it was ushered out rather quickly.

 

Bwd was definatley one of the more enjoyable raids to clear, specialy once you get in to Heroic modes.

Heroic Al'Akir was a pain but all in all ver good fight

Firelands was very enjoyable, until I worked on Heroic Ragnaros for a month, and then quit.
