Save yourself some money and use AVG Free for virus protection and Malwarebyte's anti-malware for spyware/malware protection. Norton blows.

I had Norton but it usually didn't even protect against the viruses.

    Just use Malwarebytes

AVG Internet Security is the best.

But AVG free + malwarebytes + comodo firewall will do it.

I have been using Norton Security Suite for over a year and never had any problems. Get Norton 360 90 day free trial and see for your self that it's not bad as people say.

I get Norton Security Suite free because I subscribe to Comcast. I have never had any problem with it. A lot of people say it's a resource hog, but that doesn't really matter for me since all my computers are pretty solid. It does everything I need it to do and have no reason to stop using it. That's not to say I don't have Malwarebytes because I do, but just as a precautionary measure.

All in all, common sense is the best antivirus you can get.

My personal opinion is that Norton is pretty horrible in my experience. Just use AVG, it's free. Luckily I use a Mac, so I don't need protection (yet)!

Please don't use Norton because it really does suck. AVG is your best bet if you want best protection better yet they do have some free AVG I believe. I paid like $50 bucks for my AVG, and it has stopped a shitload of viruses, spyware and stuff on the years, plus its easy to use.

Also use Malewarebytes which is free as well and clearly might even be better than AVG and others.

ah didnt realize you were banned lol..

Possibly Norton could have upgraded and gotten better the past few years. I last used it 3 years ago which was when it sucked so bad and didn't have many options.
