How to remove an unknown email in 5 minutes! working 8.14.11

Step 1. Go to Account Management, and under it select Email Registration.
Step 2. Log in.
Step 3. Leave the top 1/3 of the box blank (part above the dividing line) and fill in the email that you want registered.
Step 4. Check email. It should say that you have to submit the code included in the email and a code sent to the currently registered address.
Step 5. Enter the code sent to your address.
Step 6. The redirect page should have "if you wish to submit another code click here" option. Click it. Now there should be "Our unsubscription process has recently changed. If you wish to unsubscribe but the email you received did not contain an unsubscribe code, click here." Click the "here" and you should get a message saying that Jagex has sent you another email.
Step 7. Check email.
Step 8. At the bottom of this message, there should be "To unsubscribe please follow this link: https://secure.runescape.com/m=email-register/submit_code.ws?address=***************@yahoo.com&unsubscribe=1&code=*************************************" the first asterisks are your email address and the second are your code.
Step 9. Follow that link and enjoy no email
