How many chins are needed to get from 90 to 99 ranged?

Well, for 96-99 I used 16k red chins... so I think a good estimate for your level would be somewhere around 25-30k

 

Go on zybes and do a calulator but it's something like 45k chins from 1-99

Well you can't use chins at 1 ranged.

Anyways I would like more details regarding this subject, are you a pure, zerk, or main?What would be your gear setup? For me I'm 82 ranged and I get 300k hp+range xp an hour using around 1,000~ chins a trip. These variables of course would be totally different for you.

 

I've seen a couple people do this, but I've never gotten 99 range and don't plan on it any time soon, but This seems like it makes sense, full void, red chins, full invi of prayer pots/super restores, 2 rocktails, and a tele tab, and just goto mummies in Chaos tunnels and protect from melee, and just run around to get all their attention and then get in a corner and Chinn them to death.

and my friend said he got from 80 to 99 in 34k red chins.

 

Ask my aunt, she has a SHITLOAD of chins. You can get your ranged level from 1-99 MULTIPLE times with them.

 

This is for a pure with 90 ranged. But sounds like it could be done with 35k chins MAX

 

Just buy 30k and see how far that takes you. If you need more after that, buy another 5k. If you need more, buy another 5k, and if not, re-sell whatever you have left over.
